Jayme E. Donnelson, J.D., is a Managing Partner at Hess Hess & Donnelson LLP. She completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University with a double major and academic scholarship. She then earned her juris doctorate in 2008 at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law: Indiana University.
Jayme Donnelson concentrates her practice in elder law, estate planning and probate. She is also a VA accredited attorney who regularly assists clients with eligibility and applications for VA and Medicaid Benefits. Although she concentrates her practice on elder law, estate planning and probate, she also practices law in the areas of estate recovery, guardianships, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, and asset protection planning.
Jayme Donnelson is a member of the national and state chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Elder Counsel, and the Indiana State Bar Association (Probate, Trust & Real Property and Elder Law Sections). Jayme also volunteers with Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County, where she serves on the Board of Directors.
Through Hess Hess & Donnelson LLP, Meals on Wheels,public speaking, and her memberships, Jayme strives to provide legal, advocacy and education services to help families through the issues associated with disability, aging, and long-term care. She regularly provides assistance to elder individuals and families faced with the financial, legal, physical and psychological challenges presented by long life, illness, and disability, and she strives to provide information and resources needed to guide them through complex, life-changing issues.
